54" height to the top of the Socket, 35" ring, matte black and satin brass finish, 18" black steel base.  Includes a 3" Socket as standard.  Includes a Candle Leveling System.  Decorative Greenery and bows in place is an additional charge, and can be ordered with or without.  Brazier top is also available to be used with this base.(see below)
