This is a Greek icon of the gathering or "synaxis" of the Holy Angels. The eight principal archangels are Saints Michael, Gabriel, Raphael, Uriel, Jegudiel, Barachiel, Salathiel, and Jeremiel. In the center of this sacred gathering is a six-winged Seraphim holding Christ. Size is 4.5" x 6".
